From warehouse to app: here's how the weekly cycle works.

Digitalization

Send us your clothes. We catalog, wash and iron them. From that moment, they will magically appear in your app under "My Wardrobe".

App Selection

Every week access your virtual wardrobe. Choose the clean clothes you want to wear for the following week and create your box.

Switch Day

On the scheduled day, the courier arrives at your door: delivers the clean clothes you've chosen and picks up the used (dirty) ones from the past week.

Reset & Repeat

The dirty clothes that were picked up are washed, ironed and become available again in your digital catalog, ready to be chosen again.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the service be active? +

We are currently in the pre-launch phase and opening city by city. Join our waiting list to be notified as soon as we reach your street!

How does it work? +

Here's how it works:

First, you register and we send you a nice box to pack the clothes you want to send us.

You choose your preferred day of the week for the exchange (the "switch day") - on that day we pick up the box and catalog all your clothes online in the "my wardrobe" section.

At this point, you decide which clothes you want to receive the following week. When the next switch day arrives, we bring you a new box with the clothes you've chosen (all clean and ironed of course!) and you give us back the ones to be washed. And so on, every week!

How can I select the 'switch day'? +

During the sign-up process, you can choose your preferred weekday for the swap (e.g., every Tuesday). You can change this preference anytime in your account settings.

Is it possible to choose washing scents? +

Absolutely! We offer a range of eco-friendly scents (Lavender, Ocean Breeze, or Fragrance-Free). You can set your scent preference directly in your user profile.

What if I want to stop the service? +

Total freedom. You can pause or cancel your subscription with just one click in the app. No hidden fees, no long-term binding contracts.

What if I'm not there for the 'switch day'? +

No worries. You can reschedule the pickup via the app up to 24 hours in advance, or choose our "Safe Drop" option to leave the box at a secure spot at your home.
